UPDATE on PayPal casino funding! We're starting to see more and more casinos directly accepting PayPal. Here's a press release from one:

Continuing its trend of becoming more and more accepting of the online gambling industry over the past few months, online payment processing giant PayPal has reportedly agreed to start allowing transactions with bingo sites in the Gibraltar-based St Minver iGaming network.

PayPal had in the recent past been reluctant to do business with iGaming site because of the threats of the U.S. anti-gambling laws (UIGEA) and their specific language directed at financial institutions. Combine those fears with the recent difficulties online payment processors have faced in the $33 million U.S. government poker funds seizure, and its clear why the company had reservations about the industry.

However, loss of revenue caused by the global economic downturn is helping to change its mind. At any rate, the company has recently announced a string of new partnerships with online gaming companies, most recently with St Minver’s popular online bingo sites.

From everything I have heard and experienced, I would definitely not risk doing this with PP. They have been known to freeze accounts, take funds and worse so really it just isn't worth it. It is however legal to use PP to fund betting accounts in the UK and a few other places.

I've been recently looking for some infromation on Paypal payments for casino games, and the pages I stumbled upon were rather scarce in details. This article, however, is very thorough and answered most of my questions, so your work is greatly appreciated! :)
